Due to the inconsistency between the architectural style and the structural method, the construction site conditions vary widely. It can be said that there is no one method or plan applicable to any steel structure project device, so each device method has its own supporting conditions.


 
The commonly used device methods for the grid structure are: high-altitude bulk method, strip-blocking device method, structural slip method, support frame slip method, overall lifting method, and all progressive methods.
 
Small-pitch LED display manufacturers consider the process method: understand the characteristics of structural mode, structural component, device height, span, etc., and select mature and advanced device technology according to the actual situation on site.
 
According to the lifting equipment considerations: the first choice of own equipment, the full use of on-site lifting equipment, followed by the nearest lease. General conditions: When the number of components is small, the car type crane is often used; the door type frame lifting is mostly selected from small and medium-sized car type cranes; when the installation period is long, the device height and the radius of gyration are large, the crawler crane is more economical than the car type crane; The hoisting and sliding are mostly selected by hydraulic synchronous advancement (pushing); the middle and high-rise steel structure devices are generally selected from tower cranes; the general bridge devices mostly use gantry cranes and bridge erecting machines.
 
Flip-chip construction
 
The flip-chip method is a special device process of first going up and down, which is suitable for structures with large aspect ratio, such as steel towers and masts. In the case where the conventional crane is difficult to approach the hoisting, the flip method is generally used. When choosing this method, we should pay attention to the stability of the whole structure and the stability of the equipment itself during the installation process, and we must have a firm support and stability method.
 
Structural slip method
 
The structural slip method has been developed to use the hydraulic thruster and the computer to synchronize the control skills, which is a step forward than the previous grid slip method. Its applicable conditions are: top of the list, because the site conditions are limited, there is no crane and support frame in the cross; second, the structural support conditions are conducive to laying the slip track; third, the strength and stiffness of the slip unit structure determined by the calculation Both meet the requirements; fourth, understand the structure of the support and fixed methods; fifth, the longer the longitudinal slip road, the higher the power.
 
Support frame slip method
 
It is suitable for occupying an in-situ location, having a low height, a large structural area or a long longitudinal length. At the top of the list, when the height of the device is below 15 meters, the general fastener type steel pipe scaffold or the bowl-type scaffold can be used as the support frame. Secondly, when the frame body is high and the bearing capacity is large, the steel support frame should be selected. Regardless of the plan chosen, in addition to the standard requirements in the planning and accounting, horizontal dynamic loads should be considered, and large diagonal braces should be added if necessary to improve the overall stability.
 
All progressive law
 
All the progressive methods now use the synchronous control and hydraulic advancement equipment developed by Tongji University. This process gradually replaces the penetrating maneuvering progress and the jack lifting plan. The equipment is simple and advanced. Its applicable conditions are: top of the list, occupying the inner location; second, the height of the device is higher; third, the component is heavier; fourth, limited to vertical lifting, can not be horizontally displaced. That is, the higher the height of the device, the heavier the progress component, and the better the effect.
 
Earth hoisting
 
The earth hoisting is to use the unicorn bar, the herringbone frame, the reeling machine, the pulley block, etc. as the lifting equipment for structural lifting. It is suitable for the engineering of heavy components, small number and high installation height. Because of the increasing number of large-tonnage lifting equipment and advanced equipment, there are fewer and fewer hoisting methods.
 
All lifting method
 
It is basically similar to the overall progressive method, and it is suitable for small and medium-sized structural devices only with different lifting equipment. In the early stage, multiple single-foot bar or herringbone frame, hoist, pulley block and cable wind system were used for large-tonnage lifting. Nowadays, because there are many large-tonnage cranes, for small and medium-sized projects, multiple cranes are used to assemble and lift the equipment.
 
Rotating construction
 
This method is mainly used on bridge installations. Due to the special effects of railways, highway traffic, and mountains and rivers, when other bridging methods are restricted, the rotary method is often used.
